They were full of customers and super busy. Still, only took them 10 minutes to look at it and get the quote back to me. They took the time to explain to me what the issue was, a nail was on the inside back tire, and also said all my tires needed replaced. Their quote for all new tires? $360. I had just been quoted $600 somewhwere else beforehand, do ai jumped on that. Save yourself the time and money and go to Firestone the first time.

Greg at Firestone on Washington & Green River Rd. Is absolutely amazing. That man goes above and beyond to help people out. It doesn’t matter if he has been at work all day and the place is about to close he will make sure all of his customers are taken care of. I hated it when he had to go for surgery because all the employees are not like Greg. Don’t get me wrong they are all polite customer service friendly but they aren’t Greg. Thanks so much Greg for all of your help. To be honest you definitely deserve a raise.

I would rate 0/0 but that’s not an option. Brought my car in for 3 codes (that 3 other OBD machines had) there’s “only had one” after repeatedly trying to explain to the front desk lady that we understood the coil was bad we were wanting to know what else was wrong with it. I’m not sure if she was just stupid and didn’t understand what I was saying, She just kept repeating “if you don’t like our diagnosis then come get your car” then hung up on me. Called back she put me on a 10 minute hold. I hung up called back again about 5 minutes later she forwarded me. Called back again she was rude again. The manager in store was extremely nice & understanding, however the lady at the front desk was rude, awful customer service, awful representation of their company. We will never return to this store because of her bad attitude and their lack of communication skills. We know for a fact we have anti freeze leak, and 3 codes. They focused on one code and one code only after we explained multiple times we needed to know what else was wrong the vehicle we were already aware of the coil being bad. They just didn’t understand that.

This place put my life in danger and completely ignored what I told them was wrong with my tire. Went into the shop and wanted them to check the tires because I was pretty sure my tire belt broke, they did not even check my tires. Quoted me for over $11k in work that “needed done”, half of which had be done in October. My tire blew as I was driving on the interstate. Put a new tire on and my car drives completely fine now. All could have been avoided if they listened to me instead of trying to give me a bs quote and looking at what I told them to. My car also reeked of weed when they gave it back to me. Do not recommend and will never be back.

My husband brought my 2005 Lexus RX330 to Firestone Complete Auto Care for two very simple things: a wheel alignment (due to two new front tires and an alignment warranty) and a diagnosis of some front-end shaking. When the vehicle was dropped off, it was running and driving normally aside from the shaking when braking hard. In fact, I had driven the vehicle two hours to Paducah just days earlier without any issues. After Firestone inspected and test drove the vehicle, my husband picked it up and the car was running dramatically worse than when it was dropped off. The engine was revving at idle, running rough, and producing smoke from the engine bay. These issues did NOT exist prior to Firestone servicing the vehicle. Instead of addressing what may have happened during their inspection, we were handed a repair estimate totaling $5,499 for a long list of repairs and maintenance items. Several of the items listed on the estimate had already been recently replaced, including front suspension components, brakes, rotors, and even brake fluid that had been changed just two days earlier. This makes the estimate even more questionable. Additionally, the store stated they did not touch
